For more than 25 years, Leanne Posko has been a strategic, inclusive and transformational leader responsible for the development and implementation of social impact strategies and partnerships across the corporate and nonprofit sectors. With an extensive track record as a social impact leader, Leanne has been recognized for her ability to create synergistic relationships, build dynamic programs and high-performing teams and deliver operational improvements. As a strengths-based, servant-leader, Leanne brings a relentless focus toward collaboration, inclusion and engagement and creativity to all of her work.
Leanne began her career revitalizing local community organizations and has consistently delivered high-impact results through innovative partnerships and organizational transformation. Leanne has also served in key leadership roles in corporate social responsibility and community impact programs at multinational organizations and has provided consulting services to various organizations, advising on best practices for program and structural optimization.
In her most recent position as a member of the Senior Leadership Team at a Fortune 100 company, Leanne played a critical role in the establishment of two of the company’s philanthropic signature programs, resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars of investments in community organizations to deliver on the company’s socio-economic mobility commitment.
Leanne holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. She is an alum of the Greater Baltimore Committee’s Leadership Program, and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of various local community service foundations and organizations, including her most recent role as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Citizenship Professionals (ACCP).
