Lauren is an accomplished development professional with more than 15 years of experience in frontline fundraising and campaign management spanning a range of sectors, including higher education, healthcare, associations, foundations, and international affairs.
Most recently, Lauren served as a Senior Director at CCS Fundraising where she partnered with clients to achieve their campaign goals. In this role, Lauren developed proposals and strategies for numerous eight-, seven-, and six-figure gift and grant requests, and helped identify, recruit, and orient board and volunteer campaign leaders.
During her time at Harvard Business School, Lauren successfully managed four record-breaking reunion campaigns and set an all-time fundraising record, securing more than $92,000,000 in a single campaign. At Memorial Sloan Kettering, she developed Impact Partners, a pipeline program to acquire new prospects and cultivate the next generation of donors, creating an additional revenue stream for the organization. During her time at National Democratic Institute for International Affairs, Lauren managed the board of directors and helped launch and implement the Institute’s leadership giving circles.
Prior to CCS, Lauren served as a Financial Advisor at RBC Wealth Management where she focused on developing tax-smart charitable giving strategies for clients as part of their comprehensive financial plan.
Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University in International Relations and lives in Washington, DC.
