Jonna joined DRiWaterstone as a Candidate Stewardship Associate in the Fall of 2021, and in August of 2023, she was promoted to the role of Executive Search Associate. As an Executive Search Associate, Jonna is dedicated to finding the right talent for DRiWaterstone’s mission-driven clients. Jonna has years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition in the corporate sector and deeply appreciates the opportunity to make an impact in the nonprofit sector by aligning candidates’ talents with clients’ needs. Jonna is passionate about building relationships and connecting folks within her network, and she looks forward to celebrating many more successful searches.
Jonna actively volunteers with her favorite nonprofit, the Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio as a parent mentor, fundraiser, and event committee member.
Jonna holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Ohio University and lives in Central Ohio.
