Candice McGlen joined the DRiWaterstone team as Senior Consultant in September 2024. She is a dynamic and results-oriented HR leader with over a decade of experience leveraging human-centered design principles to drive strategic initiatives in organizational health, employee experience, and talent development.
Adept at aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and known for her innovative approach and unwavering commitment to fostering inclusive, high-performing workplaces, Candice is passionate about working with clients to create environments where both employees and organizations thrive. Her areas of expertise include talent management, learning and development, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, change management, design thinking and conflict resolution.
Candice’s approach is based on the early days of her career when she worked with a non-governmental organization that was adept at overcoming obstacles with fresh, action-oriented thinking. Since then, she has applied her experience to the various facets of HR, including regularly conducting training workshops on how the principles and techniques of grassroots movements can be implemented within corporations to create a dynamic culture of employee engagement.
