Compliance Manager – The Hunger Project

More than 3.1 billion people in the world – or 42 percent of the population – were unable to afford a healthy diet in 2021.

The Compliance Manager will execute and support the day-to-day awards management and ensure that grants meet all regulations and requirements related to THP US funds usage, accountability, and operations. This newly created position presents an opportunity for this person to use their expertise in executing awards and contracts from USG entities and maintaining current knowledge of changes in the language, application, and enforcement of government grants and contracts. The Hunger Project prides itself in its organizational culture of kindness coupled with passion and drive.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has a strong knowledge about the full array of grant management and compliance matters – This person has built processes, tools, templates, and guidance to support program teams and other internal stakeholders acting as a focal point on all compliance matters.
  • Has experience supporting a high-performing and comprehensive fundraising team – This person will provide input to the development of policies that support the effective implementation of grant compliance requirements.
  • Has a Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional work, or equivalent military experience.
  • Has 7+ years of grant management experience with government grant platforms.
