Tia Fomenoff is a People and Culture leader who gravitates towards scaling high-performing teams. Passionate about fostering meaningful relationships and exceptional workplace environments, she feels most fulfilled when she’s helping others reach their goals. Her journey through the fast-paced tech scene—at other well-known, culture-focused companies like Unbounce, Buffer, and Thinkific—has now led her to PurposeMed, where she is driven by a mission close to her heart: improving access to complex care for underserved communities.
Tia grew up in Northern BC and attended UNBC, earning her BCom with a major in Marketing. She loves discovering new restaurants and wine with family and friends, and cherishes moments in the great outdoors, especially when accompanied by her beloved husky.

Tammy Moore is the CEO of the ALS Society of Canada, a national not-for-profit profit serving people affected by ALS to navigate their journey with a terminal disease, advocacy and research investments for a future without ALS. Tammy has served on Boards internationally, nationally and regionally – International Alliance of ALS/MND Associations, Health Charities Coalition of Canada, Palliative Care Matters, BC Cancer Agency – Southern Interior, Women’s Enterprise Centre of BC, and local arts and service organizations.
As an entrepreneur, Tammy started a successful marketing agency with a diverse clientele including publicly traded companies, government agencies and significant real estate developers. Applying this broad experience to a management consulting practice, Tammy worked with private equity firms, contributing at a leadership level through the acquisition and restructuring of an aviation services company and the marketing for national organizations.
