Sarah Nixon-Suggitt is a Managing Director and Co-Head of People & Talent at BentallGreenOak, with a focus on the firm’s corporate functions and Canada’s investment management and real estate services groups.
Prior to joining BentallGreenOak, Sarah worked at Timbercreek as executive director of human capital management. In this role, her responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of human capital for Timbercreek, including organizational design, employee relations, talent management, and learning and development.
Sarah has over 20 years of experience in human capital management and talent acquisition. Prior to joining Timbercreek, Sarah was vice president of human resources at Gluskin Sheff + Associates Inc. and assistant vice president of talent acquisition at Manulife Financial Corporation. She also spent a number of years in the executive search industry in both Canada and the United States.
Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with honors from the University of Western Ontario and is a graduate of the advanced program in human resource management at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
