Ryan’s dedication to helping others and constant learning has created the opportunity to work across North America leading significant change projects, including more than twenty merger integrations. As VP, People and Transformation with Inline Group Inc., he is responsible for ensuring the safety, health and wellbeing of more than 250 team members and their families. Ryan is known for his energy, passion, adventure and commitment to kindness and compassion. He is an avid traveller, chef, backcountry skier and father of two young sons.

Shannon Stanojevic is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in Human Resources. Currently, she holds the Vice President of Workforce Strategies & Planning at OMERS, a position that allows her to leverage her extensive knowledge in HR in the areas of talent acquisition, strategic workforce planning and HR planning.
Prior to her tenure at OMERS, she was an HR Director at Oxford Properties where she contributed to their HR strategies in the commercial real estate sector. She also held varied HR roles at the Canadian Tire Corporation and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
Apart from her corporate engagements, Shannon has a strong commitment to community service. She is an active board member of The Neighbourhood Group Community Services (TNGCS), a community-focused organization in Toronto, Ontario and she also chairs the TNGCS HR committee. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree from Western University, and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Seneca College.
