Renee McKenzie was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer for OpenText in 2021. She leads the IT organization in delivering engaging applications, modern infrastructure and personalized experiences to employees and customers around the world, while continuing to meet OpenText’s unwavering commitment to global privacy and security standards.
Renee joined OpenText in 2004 and has held increasingly senior positions in IT since that time. Most recently, she was Vice President, Enterprise Business Systems, where she was responsible for leading the applications transformation to support digital business models, and integrating applications and data from acquired companies to drive standard global processes and realized synergies.
During her tenure at OpenText, Renee has delivered more than 35 IT acquisition integration programs, and has led the delivery of digital transformation programs for Finance (ERP implementation) and Human Resources (HRMS implementation).
Renee is also a prominent member of the OpenText Women in Technology affinity group, and has helped grow membership to over 1,000 in only a few short years. WIT is a group of people interested in furthering the careers of Women in Technology across OpenText, and strives to help members share ideas, support career growth, and expand personal networks.
Renee holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology & Psychology from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

For 18 years, Stephanie has been an integral part of shaping Canada’s egg farming sector. Appointed CFO of Egg Farmers of Canada in 2007, she has been engaged in a range of cross-sectoral initiatives that have strengthened and expanded egg production in Canada. During this time, Stephanie was the co-lead for the Avian Influenza crisis egg supply logistics program, oversaw two Cost of Production studies and helped create an insurance reciprocal to provide Canadian egg farmers with financial support in the event of a crisis.
She is a past-Board member of the Forum for Young Canadians (2009 to 2015) and recently completed her term as Treasurer of the world’s largest one-day charity volleyball tournament, HOPE Volleyball (2012 to 2018). She is a 2016 alumnus of CommunityShift™, a leadership development program for Canadian charities and not-for-profit organizations held annually at Ivey Business School.
Stephanie is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce - Specialization in Accounting from the University of Ottawa. She earned her Chartered Accountant designation in 1998 while working with accounting firm Welch LLP. She is passionate about supporting her community and giving back.
