Paul is currently the member of the Executive Team for Reliance Home Comfort, a Canadian leader in home and commercial services, providing water heaters, furnaces, air conditioners and other HVAC products, plumbing, protection plans and related services to more than 2 million customers across Canada.
With over 30 years of senior leadership and executive experience, Paul touts a strong balance of strategic visioning and razor-sharp execution. He is passionate about team member development, and through his career has championed coaching causes for organizations throughout North America and Asia. Servitude on organizational best practice advisory boards as well as speaking engagements on building organizational strength position him to be both a student and a leader in fostering an inclusive, diverse and vibrant organizational culture.
A married father of three, Paul is very active in his community through youth sport program coaching. A former Team Canada member, Paul also competed on the world stage in tenpin bowling, medaling in both the Canadian Championships and the Pan Am Games. Paul holds a BA from York University, as well as a diploma from Schulich School of Business, grounded in leadership and strategic planning.
