Recognized for her leadership, team spirit, and hands-on approach, Nathalie Rousseau provides effective guidance to ensure that human resource practices are aligned with and contribute to QSL’s values by ensuring a purpose-driven workplace and encouraging our employees to engage and make a difference. She joined QSL in 2018 with over 25 years of HR experience in national and international service industry organizations, including Blue Cross and Heenan Blaikie.

Traci Simmons joined Opportunities NB in June of 2015. Serving as Vice-President, Strategy & Operations, Traci worked with key community and government stakeholders, as well as serving as the primary liaison to ONB’s private sector Board of Directors. Since 2020, she is the Chief Operating Officer – Strategy & Operations.
A graduate of the University of New Brunswick’s MBA program, Traci has significant experience in strategic and business planning across a variety of industries. Born in Minto, NB, Traci is passionate about ONB’s role in driving economic growth across NB.
Traci is also very involved in her community and is currently serving as chair on the Board of the Fredericton Community Foundation.
