Kari Bilyk is the Associate Vice President of Organizational Change Management and Employee Engagement at CWB Financial Group. Kari and her team oversee transformational organizational change initiatives to support adoption and end-user value creation. Additionally, she is also accountable for the creation and execution of CWB’s award-winning culture and engagement strategy. Previously, Kari was the Head of DEI at CWB and created their inaugural diversity and inclusion strategy, which has been recognized as a key cultural differentiator for CWB. Kari has also held leadership roles in organizational effectiveness and HR programs at CWB and various leadership roles within energy and utilities in labour relations and HR business partnerships, spanning the last 18 years.
Kari holds an MBA focusing on organizational leadership and has completed various research projects on enhancing organizational commitment. She is passionate about people and ensuring they can bring their best selves to work. She previously sat on the Executive Inclusion Council for the Conference Board of Canada. She also sits on the board for CWB Women, a grassroots ERG that ensures all women can reach their full potential and achieve balance and success.
Kari has received several acknowledgements for her contributions to culture, including CWB’s Pillars of Excellence Award that acknowledges those who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, championed organizational culture, and improved business results.

Caroline Schein has over 25 years of leadership experience. She is skilled at connecting the dots between strategy, people, processes, and execution, and has earned a reputation for building strong people and culture practices across industries and geographies.
Caroline is currently Chief People and Culture Officer at Odlum Brown. As a member of Odlum Brown's Senior Leadership Team, she is responsible for directing all aspects of the firm’s people and culture initiatives and programs to support the overall business strategy.
Caroline has an MBA specializing in leadership from Royal Roads University and an MA and PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. She is a certified leadership coach and holds the CPHR designation. Caroline is a past board member of CPHR BC & Yukon, Make a Wish, and One Girl Can.
