Jennifer Honey Brannon

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Jennifer Honey Brannon serves on the firm’s Executive team and oversees Fengate’s human resources, internal operations, and marketing and communications teams. Jen is a seasoned human resources executive responsible for the firm’s People focus and strategy, including talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development.

Fengate has achieved Platinum Club member status as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, retaining this designation since 2007. With more than 20 years of experience innovating and transforming companies in a variety of sectors, from hospitality to engineering to financial technology, Jen has led the HR departments of Financeit, PCW Group and MCW Group of Companies, and held senior leadership roles at Cara Operations.  Jen holds a Hons. BA from the University of Guelph, and a postgraduate in Human Resources Management.

Jennifer is a strategic, results oriented, Human Resources leader providing broad perspectives that support business goals through trusted partnerships. She is focused on building and driving HR strategy, talent, and initiatives that enable strong business growth. She has multi-industry experience in start up and shutdowns, to building on current HR programs, to becoming an Employer of Choice, including 3P Construction, Highway Operations, Retail, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, IT, and Consumer Product Goods.
