With over 20 years of experience leading human capital strategies across industries including technology, not-for-profit, advertising, and media, Jamie Murphy is a dynamic HR leader known for transforming workplace cultures and driving business outcomes. Jamie has successfully aligned HR initiatives with business objectives in both Canadian and U.S. operations, with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), talent management, and HR operations. Jamie is currently the Executive Director, People & Culture at Zulu Alpha Kilo, an independent creative agency with offices in Toronto, Vancouver, and New York. He previously held leadership roles at Mindshare and Lavalife. Jamie holds a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University.

Colleen Krempulec joined Hazelview in June 2012 as Vice President, Marketing and was subsequently promoted to Vice President, Brand Marketing & Corporate Social Responsibility. In 2022, Ms. Krempulec was appointed as SVP, Brand Marketing & CSR of Hazelview, and subsequently appointed as Managing Director, Head of Sustainability and Brand where she oversees the corporate brand strategies, corporate communications, and public relations for Hazelview. Ms. Krempulec is also a certified sustainability practitioner and is responsible for leading Hazelview’s sustainability strategy, including social and environmental impact programs.
Colleen has over 20 years of experience as a Branding, Marketing & Communications professional, 3 years of CSR experience, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from McMaster University.
