An accomplished leader, Geoff is known for his unwavering commitment to creativity, innovation and operational excellence. Geoff originally started his career as a creative, working his way from Art Director to Co-owner and Chief Operating Officer at Jan Kelley. Now, with 25 years of industry experience under his belt, he is responsible for managing our people and technology (just like Humanology!) and ensuring that our day-to-day operations run smoothly. Geoff’s role is as broad and dynamic as he is, ranging from managing the processes that allow our teams to thrive to bringing in new technologies that allow us to operationalize the agency and improve efficiency. Geoff provides guidance and strategic insights that allow us to stay ahead of industry trends, and he plays a pivotal role in both shaping the agency’s success and enabling future growth.

Lyn Currie is Managing Director for Waterstone’s executive search practice. Earlier in her career, Lyn led the Canadian operations of global recruitment firms and has been a Partner in executive search and advised her clients in helping them achieve their broader human capital goals.
Lyn was previously Country Leader and Partner for the Canadian division of the global human capital firm, Korn Ferry International where she was responsible for the strategic direction, development and growth of the business. Lyn developed and implemented large scale solutions for clients, including talent management programs and multiple leadership searches. She also served on the global leadership team for the organization. Earlier in her career, Lyn held several leadership and sales and marketing roles in a global technology recruitment and outsourcing firm.
Lyn currently chairs the compensation committee and is a member of the Board for publicly listed technology company, Pluribus.
