Debra Doucette

 Debra Doucette is President and CEO of Odlum Brown Limited, a full-service investment firm headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. Debra leads with objective and strategic insight developed from an accomplished career in the investment industry spanning over 35 years. 

Debra has earned a reputation for her vision, passion and dedication as a leader in the business community. She is currently Chair of alumni UBC, and a board member of Providence Health Care, Drug Free Kids Canada, the UBC Sauder School of Business Faculty Advisory Board and the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC). Debra is also a former Industry Director and Chair of the Canadian Investor Protection Fund. 

Debra is a strong supporter of Odlum Brown’s sponsorship and charitable giving programs. In 2021, she was honoured with the Order of British Columbia for her community leadership, and in 2016 received the Joseph and Rosalie Segal United Way Community Vision Award. Debra was also recognized as a 2017 Canada’s Most AdmiredTM CEO and received a 2016 BC CEO Award from Business in Vancouver. In 2015, she received an Influential Women in Business Award. In 2012, Debra was honoured with the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal and the BC Community Achievement Award, and was also inducted into the Women’s Executive Network’s Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Hall of Fame after being recognized as one of the Top 100 for three consecutive years.

 Caroline Riseboro is an award-winning fundraising professional who has raised over $2 billion in her 25 year career. She currently serves as President & CEO of Trillium Health Partners Foundation, the largest hospital in the country, and where she is leading a ground-breaking fundraising campaign to build the largest hospital in Canada. Under her leadership, Trillium Health Partners has doubled in revenue and secured the largest donation in healthcare history.

Prior to her role at Trillium, Caroline was the President & CEO of Plan International Canada, where she helped transformed the organization transformed from the 7th to 2nd largest charity in the country. Caroline remains the youngest person in history to lead a major Canadian charity, and she is well respected for being a champion of innovation. She is credited with launching award-winning campaigns that have engaged Canadians on some of the world’s toughest issues.

Caroline’s accomplishments have been widely recognized when she was named Canada’s Most Admired CEO (public sector) and twice being recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women. Caroline has held senior executive roles including at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Foundation and World Vision Canada, and has held multiple board roles including as Chair of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, the Humanitarian Coalition and the Canadian Partnership for Children and Women’s Health (CANWACH).
