Claudia is the Head of Human Resources at FISPAN, where she oversees hiring and employee relations, ensuring the company’s utmost standards when it comes to managing our biggest asset: people. Claudia fosters growth and transparency in the workplace and plays a key role in developing FISPAN’s organization’s culture of celebrating the diversity of people, perspectives, and experiences that drive innovation and elevated thinking. Claudia is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), SHRM Ceritified Professional (SHRM-CP), and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and Human Resources from Simon Fraser University.

Drawing on two decades of human resources experience at multi-national corporations, he leads and supports the team of HR professionals responsible for employee experience across the company’s current and future talent. In his role, David developed goeasy’s methodology for measuring and improving employee engagement, which underpins the company’s award-winning corporate culture.
David is motivated by the positive impact goeasy has on its customers, and is proud to be working at a company that has a purpose beyond profit.
Prior to joining goeasy in 2015, David was Senior Director of HR and Organizational Development for Moneris. Before that, he began his career in Human Resources at CIBC.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Employment Relations from the University of Toronto and holds the professional designation of Certified Human Resources Leader. David is also a member of Big Brothers of Canada.
