Cheryl Fraser is Crombie’s Chief Talent Officer and Vice President, Communications, joining Crombie in 2012. Prior to joining Crombie, Ms. Fraser held senior executive roles in the federal public service in the Canada Revenue Agency, Correctional Service of Canada, Treasury Board Secretariat and Fisheries and Oceans. Ms. Fraser serves as Chair of the Atlantic Economic Council Board and Chair of Dalhousie University’s Board of Governors. Previously, Cheryl served as Board Director of Wyth Financial (Concentra Bank), the Mental Health Commission of Canada, the Aberdeen Health Foundation, and the YMCA of Pictou County.

Ms. Fraser is a graduate of ICD-Rotman, Directors Education Program, graduate of the London School of Economics certificate program in Inclusive Leadership through Behavioral Science and holds a Master of Environmental Studies and a Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University. To celebrate her exceptional career accomplishments, she received the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012 and was named one of the Globe & Mail’s Report on Business Top 50 Executives in 2021.

Harvey is the CEO of Citus HR Solutions and the former Senior Vice President of People at SE Health, a national social enterprise bringing hope, happiness, and innovation to home care, seniors living, education and healthy aging.

Harvey has more than 30 years of senior leadership experience developed throughout his career at leading companies such as Ford, Bombardier, Holcim International, and K&F. Harvey is passionate about creating inclusive and inspiring cultures where everyone can thrive, ultimately helping organizations excel and grow.

He is an avid runner and triathlete, having completed 14 consecutive Boston Marathons, two Ironman competitions; he has also qualified and competed as an age group athlete at the ITU World Triathlon Championships. Harvey holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Economics from York University, a Master of Industrial Relations degree from Queen’s University; and he is a Certified Human Resources Executive, and Certified Executive Coach. Harvey and his wife Tina live in the Greater Toronto Area, they have two adult children, Adam and Alexandra, and a Morkie named Teddy!
