Carmen Klein is VP HR & Change Management at Cadillac Fairview (CF), a globally focused owner, operator, investor, and developer of best-in-class commercial real estate, committed to transforming communities for a vibrant tomorrow.
Prior to joining the People & Culture team at CF, Carmen held progressive roles in Operations Management, Lean Six Sigma and Organizational Effectiveness with Maple Leaf Foods and Procter and Gamble. She applies these unique experiences and skills every day in her work to make people and culture a competitive advantage and a key enabler of the company strategy.
Carmen holds a B.Sci in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, an M.Eng from McGill University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Executive Coach. She is also a happy mom to 3 great kids and a menagerie of pets.
