Beverly Probst is an energetic, motivated and dedicated leader with 20 years of management experience using influencing, coaching and decision making skills to implement several Human Resources programs and policies during start up, rapid growth, downsizing and turnaround business phases.
Most recently, at Big Blue Bubble she had the opportunity to establish the Human Resources department which was a complete shift from working many years in global high tech organizations such as BlackBerry and Honeywell. She is extremely proud of the unique and amazing culture that is Big Blue Bubble and thrilled that the company was recognized in 2023 as one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures.

Richard Beed brings more than 30 years of HR executive experience gained with major organizations, including Fujitsu, Nortel Networks, TELUS, Central 1 and his most recent role as VP People and Culture at YVR Airport Authority. In Richard’s current role, he is responsible for all of the people-focused areas of business including HR, learning and development and health and safety.
Richard’s leadership style is best described as open-minded, collaborative, engaging and empowering. He holds a master’s degree in Personnel Management and an Applied Science degree from Kingston University in the UK.
Richard is also the chair of Marineview Housing Society.
